SERVICES

At present, I work to support adults and couples; working with people who suffer from what usually 'shows up' as anxiety/depression as a result of a myriad of different psychosocial stressors. I support my clients as they through the following challenges and explore what practical steps can be taken to begin to make changes that remind them of the power they inherently have to do so:

Anxiety

Depression

Addiction (mood and mind-altering)

Anger Management

Behavioral Issues

Codependency

Coping Skills

Divorce

Dual Diagnosis

Emotional Disturbance

Family Conflict

Grief (Including Pet Loss)

Infidelity

Life Transitions

Marital and Premarital

Mood Disorders

Relationship Issues

Self Esteem

Stress

Substance Use

Trauma and PTSD

Women's Issues

First Responders (including law enforcement)

I work to help my clients connect with their authentic selves and help them cultivate positive relationships with other people that reflect that self back to them that they grow to know and love. I take an eclectic approach to treating my clients in terms of therapeutic orientation. I believe that to offer the best psychotherapeutic services, a good therapist should be able to creatively synthesize natural gifts in emotional intelligence with the nuanced needs of each person.

GOOD FAITH ESTIMATE NOTICE

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost.

  • Under the law, health care providers need to give their patients or clients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.

  • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services.

  • You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service.

  • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
